Transport

Riders will be transported down to Canberra in a fully air–conditioned bus.

Bikes will be transported from Sydney to Canberra in a specially built all weather trailer. The trailer uses GripSport crank holders to secure your bike. These crank holders lock your left crank in place. Your front wheel is secured via custom built holders with toe straps. If you are concerned about your crank being potentially scratched, please use an old tube to protect the crank. Whilst in transport the bikes are covered by a general content insurance policy. At night the bikes will be locked in a bike storage at the AIS. Please note that the AIS takes no responsibility for loss of equipment. A lock may be brought to lock your bike whilst in the locked storage.
